Due to the Corona crisis, a lot has changed within our general practice in a short time
You may have noticed that already.
With the current one-and-a-half-meter society, these necessary adjustments will probably remain in force for some time to come.
We, therefore, list the most important changes for you below.
The practice is open as usual, but you can only make an appointment in the practice after telephone contact with and a promise from the general practitioner.
A telephone exchange with a callback system has been installed. This means you are no longer in the queue.
If necessary or desired, we can also make a video call appointment with you. In addition, we consult with specialists on the basis of your questions or photos. In this way, referral to a specialist is not always necessary. This prevents long waiting times.
You can record or order repeat prescriptions via your portal (see below)
All patients have access to a patient portal (web app) via our website https://www.huisartsenwesterpark.nl/. This is an online connection from you to the practice. This allows you to: schedule telephone appointments with the doctor; request repeat prescriptions; view results and submit electronic questions. Photos and videos can be attached. We aim to answer within 24 hours on working days.
Is your data not yet known or has recently changed? Then please pass this on via GPenwesterpark@protonmail.com
Would you like to speak to a doctor or see a doctor? Then you make an appointment via your portal. After consultation with you by telephone, the doctor will assess whether it is necessary for you to come to the practice.
Do you want to ask a question to the doctor who is not immediately in a hurry? Then send an email via the portal; it will then go directly to the doctor as an e-consultation
Do you need a repeat prescription? You can order this via your portal or by telephone.
Do you need help from the assistant? You can also send an email (e-consultation) via your portal or call the practice.
All these measures are there to work as efficiently and safely as possible. With this we jointly prevent the spread of the coronavirus. With this, we protect the most vulnerable in our society and our healthcare system.
With these adjustments, we adhere to the recommendations of the RIVM and the Dutch College of General Practitioners.
We thank you for your flexibility.
