MijnMitz

Nov 17, 2025

Are you receiving medical care? Healthcare providers work together and sometimes want to be able to share information about you with each other. For example, your family doctor may share information with your pharmacy, or your specialist may share information with your family doctor. They can only do this if you give your consent. On the MijnMitz website, you can decide who is allowed to share which medical information with whom. By recording this information in one place for all your healthcare providers, you have a clear overview.

Permission
On MijnMitz, you can give permission to all healthcare providers to share information. You can also give permission to a limited number of healthcare providers. If you do not want healthcare providers to share medical information about you, you can record this on MijnMitz. The patient is in control. If you have already given permission in the past, you will see this when you log in to MijnMitz.

DigiD
You can give permission on MijnMitz. You log in securely with DigiD. All the information can be found on this website.
