New system for (call) appointments

Thursday, Feb. 6, we switched to a new system for callback appointments and appointments at the practice. This means that from now on things will go a little differently than you were used to. It will be self-explanatory.

If you are in doubt, please read what you need to do to make a (call) appointment.

Call appointment via the website

  • You can go to the website on your phone or on your laptop or PC.
  • Enter your email address and password. This is the e-mail address and password you also use to log in to the portal.
  • Choose a day and time you want to be called back. You briefly enter the reason for the call appointment in the text box. You will receive an e-mail confirmation.
  • If you do not have an account for the portal, skip “Login to file.” Click on skip. You do enter your name, date of birth and phone number. Then choose a day and time when you want to be called back. You briefly enter the reason for the call appointment in the text box.
  • You will be called back around the time chosen.

Call appointment by phone

  • Call the practice at (020)6843679. You will be taken to the dial menu.
  • Press 9 for english, press 2 to make a callback appointment.
  • Briefly speak your question.
  • Choose the callback time.
  • The system recognizes your telephone number. If you are calling from an anonymous number, you will be asked to provide a telephone number.
  • You will be called back around the time selected.

Appointment in the practice through the website

  • First, choose who you want to make an appointment with.
  • Choose date and time.
  • Provide your email address and password. This is the email address and password you also use to log into the portal.
  • Briefly enter the reason for the appointment in the text box.
  • Click on book. You will receive an email confirmation.

Appointment in the practice by phone

Make a phone appointment. Together with the doctor you will discuss whether an appointment at the practice is necessary.

 

Practical Information

All consultations by patients with Dutch insurance are declared directly to the insurer. You can find the rates on the website of the Dutch Healthcare Authority, the Nza.
