Our method

Always direct contact with the GP.

At our practice, patients have direct contact with the GP. We work without a doctor’s assistant. As we work by appointment only, we have hardly any waiting times and you will usually find a quiet waiting room.

Telephone consultation

You can arrange a telephone consultation with the doctor by means of a call-back appointment. One of the GPs will call you back at the agreed time. Often it is then no longer necessary to come to the consultation hour. If it is necessary, you will be given an appointment.

Own medical records digitally accessible

The portal allows you to arrange many things independently on your smartphone, tablet or computer. You can safely and easily request repeat medication, schedule an appointment at the practice, request an e-consultation and view results. Request your login details by phone (button 5).

Working method Flexdokters

Our practice is a member of Flexdokters. This is a cooperative of GP practices throughout the Netherlands. This offers a number of advantages for patients and GPs, with the relationship between GP and patient always being paramount.

Our working method, where patients have direct contact with the GP and where patients arrange many things themselves via the portal, was developed by Flexdokters.

Patient satisfaction in practices affiliated with Flexdokters is above average. GPs themselves are also positive about the method. That is why we are affiliated with it.

Method of regular check-ups

We work with Viduet
Some patients need regular check-ups. This applies, for example, to people with diabetes or asthma, or those taking medications that require annual blood tests. We ensure that these check-ups take place on time and are well prepared. The practice does this in collaboration with the company Viduet.

If this applies to you, Viduet will send you e-mail messages on behalf of the practice. This message may be, for example, an invitation to complete a medical questionnaire or a request for you to schedule an appointment with us. If the appointment also requires additional testing, such as blood tests, you will receive this invitation via the usual route. Patients who don’t have an email address will continue to receive a personal invitation.

FAQ

These frequently asked questions have been compiled based on questions we receive frequently. By providing the answers here, we save you the trouble of contacting us and we GPs have fewer interruptions in our work with patients. If you cannot find the answer to your question, you can ask the practice.
